The Front Desk Associate role at PM Pediatric Care is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and responsible individual to serve as the face of the organization. The Front Desk Associate will be entrusted with managing front desk functions, performing administrative tasks, and supporting the medical team in alignment with the company’s values and goals. As the first point of contact, the Front Desk Associate will greet families warmly, answer questions, and help patients initiate the self-registration process. They will also maintain patient accounts by accurately recording demographics, insurance, and financial information in compliance with HIPAA standards. The role involves handling patient documents, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring smooth patient flow during waiting and registration periods. The position also requires collaboration with site leadership to facilitate prompt resolution of complex patient issues and escalations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to adapt to shifting demands in a healthcare environment. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems are essential. This role occasionally requires flexibility in work schedules, including potential travel between sites.
