Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in customer service or veterinary support role preferred
excellent communication skills
ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
basic computer literacy
friendly and professional demeanor
ability to stand for extended periods
willingness to perform light cleaning duties

Job Qualifications

previous customer service experience
strong communication and interpersonal skills
basic knowledge of animal care and husbandry
ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
proficiency with scheduling and office software
attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties

Greeting visitors and answering telephones
guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms
scheduling and confirming appointments
placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients
presenting and explaining fees and processing payments
recommending and obtaining products and services including prescriptions
answering questions about products and educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care
managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence
maintaining hospital cleanliness including removal of animal waste
