Job Qualifications

  • basic computer proficiency with hotel management systems

Job Duties

  • Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times
  • maintain a high level of service and hospitality
  • promptly and effectively handle guest concerns or issues to satisfaction
  • post guest charges and collect payments following cash handling procedures
  • manage guest mail and messages respecting privacy and professionalism
  • communicate effectively with various hotel departments and management regarding guest comments and concerns
  • respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members needing front desk assistance
  • maintain full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
