Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work overnight shifts on Fridays and Saturdays
- Must be able to lift between 25-50 pounds
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong sense of urgency and initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to stand and move for at least 75 percent of the time

- Knowledge of local area is a plus

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for arriving guests
- Provide exceptional personalized customer service
- Assist with guest luggage and transportation needs
- Valet guest cars in the hotel garage
- Lift luggage and stand for extended periods
- Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of public areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests
- Maintain knowledge of local neighborhood and city
- Think quickly and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
- Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative
