The organization works with a diverse array of customers, spanning the U.S. military, commercial businesses, community partners, and federal, state, and local government agencies. Through these partnerships, GCE offers a wide range of career options for its team members, including custodial services, facilities maintenance, food services, and other business sectors in between. GCE's mission focuses on empowering individuals with disabilities by matching them to fulfilling and sustainable careers, thereby contributing to their personal and professional growth while supporting the operational needs of their customers.
