Job Requirements

Completion of cast certification program as cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion
Legal age to sell or serve alcohol if assigned alcohol duties
Completion of legally required state or local alcohol training and certification if applicable
Ability to perform math calculations quickly and accurately
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Ability to stand walk sit use hands reach talk and hear frequently
Ability to occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
Ability to perform physical tasks like climbing balancing stooping kneeling crouching crawling
Good vision including close distance peripheral depth perception and focus adjustment
Willingness to comply with company dress code and attendance policies

Job Qualifications

Completion of cast certification program and as box office cashier or progress towards completion
Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training if assigned alcohol duties
Good public speaking skills
Ability to listen effectively and respond clearly
Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
Strong problem identification and resolution skills
Excellent communication skills with customers co-workers and management
Ability to work well under pressure and set priorities

Job Duties

Operating POS system including handling cash drawer credit cards travelers checks gift cards and redeemed discount tickets passes and coupons
Up selling suggestive selling of Premium Viewing Experience including 3D RPX IMAX
Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
Ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA rating system and company policy
Responding to phone calls and guest questions consistent with guest service philosophy
Operating concession equipment preparing and cleaning related equipment
Complying with food safety laws and regulations
Managing crowd control and assisting guests to find seats
Conducting in theatre inspections to monitor picture sound quality and safety
Cleaning auditoriums restrooms lobby hallways and other public areas
Reporting to management any problems discrepancies or unusual situations
Performing opening and closing duties as assigned
