Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform flight attendant duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Willingness to work irregular hours and weekends
  • Eligibility to pass background and security checks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform flight attendant duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Willingness to work irregular hours and weekends
  • Certification in CPR or first aid is a plus

Job Duties

  • Administer and coordinate emergency procedures or provide emergency care
  • Respond to and provide clear and accurate directions to passengers
  • Prepare, serve, and sell beverages including alcohol and meals
  • Answer questions and assist passengers when necessary, particularly those with special needs
  • Actively seek to ensure the safety and comfort of customers during delays or turbulence
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and order throughout the flight
  • Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure a smooth and safe operation
