Customer experience duties extend to assisting customers with shopping, promoting the benefits of Michaels’ Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and facilitating enrollments. The team member supports omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), all while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety protocols. The position promotes teamwork, positivity, and respect, even during challenging situations, and requires cross-training in custom framing sales and production. Physical requirements include standing for long periods, lifting heavy boxes, and accessing high shelves safely.
