Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- retail or customer service experience required
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves with ladder
- physical ability to perform repetitive bending, stretching, and carrying
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards in a public retail environment
- legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- engage clients of all ages by creating fun and creative environments
- demonstrate and instruct craft projects and activities such as face painting
- facilitate party add-ons according to company standards
- communicate event details with clients and store team members
- complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- adjust event plans based on client feedback
- create backup and emergency plans
- ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
- uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- set up and break down event spaces
- help customers locate products and provide solutions
- deliver fast and friendly checkout experiences
- promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
- educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- assist with Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS
- participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
- complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Company policies
- interact respectfully and positively with customers and coworkers
- cross train in custom framing sales and production
- participate in store cleanliness activities
- perform other duties as assigned
