The part-time Events Coordinator role at Old Log Cabin Distillery is central to expanding and managing the vibrant lineup of events held within the distillery’s unique on-site venue. This position is perfect for a dynamic individual who thrives in the fast-paced, detail-oriented world of event planning with a particular interest in spirits and cocktail culture. The Coordinator will act as the primary liaison for event inquiries, guiding clients through the booking process with professionalism and enthusiasm. They will be responsible for marketing and promoting the event space to a broad audience, including individuals, business clients, and event planners. Building and nurturing relationships with community groups, vendors, and local partners is a key aspect of this role, aimed at driving increased bookings and enhancing the distillery's presence as a preferred event venue.

In addition to sales and client relations, the Events Coordinator will oversee all logistical aspects of event execution. This includes managing event setup and breakdown, coordinating schedules, supervising event staff, and ensuring the overall guest experience is seamless and enjoyable. Being the on-site lead during events, the Coordinator will embody the company’s dedication to exceptional service and hospitality, integrating the distillery’s tastings, tours, and signature cocktail offerings into custom event packages that delight guests. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Respond to event inquiries and guide clients through the booking process
