The Lifestyle Coordinator role at Greystar plays an essential role in supporting the day-to-day operations within a residential community, focusing on enhancing resident retention through creative and effective programming. This position works closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants to facilitate a seamless move-in process, create and coordinate resident-centric programs and events, and actively support various sales and marketing efforts. As a part-time position requiring 28 to 32 hours per week, including mandatory availability on Saturdays, the Lifestyle Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for residents and prospects, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and assisting in tours. Responsibilities include managing community resources such as the guest suite, packages, and amenity spaces to ensure optimal resident satisfaction. The coordinator also spearheads the development and execution of innovative events and programs designed to foster community engagement and satisfaction. The role involves maintaining detailed knowledge of local amenities and services to provide residents with recommendations and support. Additionally, the Lifestyle Coordinator manages communication channels like email and newsletters, contributing to marketing campaigns and community awareness efforts. Job Requirements

  • Previous related work experience preferred
  • Availability to work 28-32 hours per week

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure the comforts of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member
  • Assist with tours as needed
  • Answer phone calls, route all calls to the appropriate team member for assistance, and assist with completed service request call backs as necessary
  • Maintain the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival and manage and monitor the loading dock or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs
  • Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents of all package deliveries within 24 hours
  • Ensure all amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
  • Utilize amenity space to develop and execute innovative, creative, and dynamic events, services, and programs
  • Work to develop outcomes as well as assessment metrics to determine success of programs
  • Keep detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents and maintain positive relationships and contacts with concierge vendors and local businesses
  • Offer recommendations to residents on a variety of services or needs and keep up to date on events within the community
  • Monitor and respond to Lifestyle email account and work with Lifestyle Team to ensure messages are responded to in a timely fashion and to create marketing and awareness of events, programs, services, and initiatives
  • Create and produce the monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers with activities and events
  • Monitor and submit items for Resident Portal postings
  • Participate in ensuring Greystar sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks are being met
  • Provide input into the development of budgets within the property portfolio as it relates to planned activities and resident retention
  • Manage expenses to budget
