Job Requirements
- Must have cell phone (smart phone)
- Must have clean open bed pick-up truck to complete service
- No experience required
- Good attitude and we will train the right person

- Physical ability to climb stairs
Job Duties
- Nightly pick up of bagged trash from each residents doors to onsite dumpster or compactor
- Be prepared to work and collect bagged trash Sundays - Thursdays
- Be able to climb 3 story apartment buildings
- Must be on time and dependable
- Work quietly and efficiently keeping noise to a minimum so not to disturb residents
- Daily contact with Area Supervisor
- Smartphone used to document cleared units
