Job Requirements
- Attend Dweck's New Hire Orientation held the second Monday of each month
- ability to sit or stand for long periods
- ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- willingness to work evening shifts
- customer service experience preferred but not required
- basic computer literacy
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service role such as hospitality, retail, or property management
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- skilled in multitasking and managing varied responsibilities
- proficiency in basic administrative tasks
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work evening shifts and flexible hours
Job Duties
- Greet incoming guests and residents along with their furry family member
- answer incoming calls and guide them appropriately
- take down after-hours caller information to pass to the team
- log packages and conduct package audits
- deliver packages to residents upon request
- assist residents with emergencies such as lockouts
- handle requests like restaurant reservations, clubroom bookings, guest parking passes
- address concerns such as noise complaints or neighbor issues
- respond and coordinate maintenance requests within 24 hours
- follow emergency protocols for urgent maintenance
- follow up with residents post-service
- plan and organize resident social events to foster community
- assist the office team with administrative tasks
