Job Requirements

  • Attend Dweck's New Hire Orientation held the second Monday of each month
  • ability to sit or stand for long periods
  • ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
  • willingness to work evening shifts
  • customer service experience preferred but not required
  • basic computer literacy

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service role such as hospitality, retail, or property management
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • skilled in multitasking and managing varied responsibilities
  • proficiency in basic administrative tasks
  • friendly and approachable demeanor
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work evening shifts and flexible hours

Job Duties

  • Greet incoming guests and residents along with their furry family member
  • answer incoming calls and guide them appropriately
  • take down after-hours caller information to pass to the team
  • log packages and conduct package audits
  • deliver packages to residents upon request
  • assist residents with emergencies such as lockouts
  • handle requests like restaurant reservations, clubroom bookings, guest parking passes
  • address concerns such as noise complaints or neighbor issues
  • respond and coordinate maintenance requests within 24 hours
  • follow emergency protocols for urgent maintenance
  • follow up with residents post-service
  • plan and organize resident social events to foster community
  • assist the office team with administrative tasks
