Job Description

Trash Butler is a leading sustainability-focused company specializing in doorstep valet trash and recycling services tailored for multi-family apartment communities across the United States. With operations servicing over 250,000 units in 35 states, Trash Butler has established itself as a premier provider of convenient, reliable, and eco-friendly trash removal solutions. The company is highly regarded among residents and property managers and has received national recognition, having been featured in prestigious publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Time Magazine, and CNBC. Trash Butler's commitment to excellence is reflected through its dedicated professional employees and a corporate culture grounded in five Core Values: Figure It Out, Champion of Change, Do the Right Thing, Never 'Not My Job', and Expect Excellence. This focus drives their mission to provide stress-free, impactful service in every community they serve.

The role at Trash Butler is designed for motivated individuals ready to contribute meaningfully to their communities by providing exceptional doorstep trash and recycling collection services. As a team member, you will become the face of the company in nightly service shifts, engaging directly with residents of multi-family properties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company that values hard work, positive attitudes, and dedication to quality service. Candidates will be offered comprehensive training regardless of prior experience, making the position accessible to those new to the field. The role requires availability Sunday through Thursday evenings, starting promptly at 8:00 PM and lasting approximately 2 to 3 hours per shift. Compensation is competitive, offering $55 per day paid semi-monthly with additional incentives such as employee referral programs, sales lead referral programs, and a unique next-day pay option.

The position entails the use of Trash Butler's innovative field application for efficient timekeeping and reporting, operating within the physical demands of handling trash totes and carts, and ensuring safe disposal of collected waste into designated dumpsters or compactors. Beyond trash collection duties, team members may be assigned a variety of additional community services such as porter duties, bulk item hauling, pet waste station maintenance, pressure washing, and light cleaning tasks, all performed with a professional demeanor that minimizes disturbance to residents. Effective communication with supervisors and adherence to Trash Butler's core values remain essential components of the job, fostering a productive and respectful work environment.

Overall, this role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, reliable, and seek to grow within a company committed to sustainability and outstanding community service. If you enjoy working independently in an active environment and have a strong work ethic with a service-oriented mindset, this opportunity at Trash Butler offers potential career growth and the satisfaction of making a positive environmental impact every day.
