- Your own personal open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- At least 18 years old
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work independently and maintain a consistent schedule
- Physical capability to lift 50 pounds, walk long distances, and work outdoors

Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling from apartment doorsteps
- Transport collected materials to on-site compactors using personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Service one or more nearby apartment communities during assigned shifts
- Walk property and climb stairs while working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Use mobile app to check in, track work progress, and take photos as needed
- Follow consistent daily routines independently
- Ensure no long-distance driving or off-site dumping is required
