Job Requirements
- Own a personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- At least 18 years old
- Smartphone with data plan to use work app
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Walk long distances and climb multiple flights of stairs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience with vehicle operation especially open-bed pickup trucks or vehicles with trailers
- Ability to use mobile apps for work tracking
- Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and take it to the on-site compactor using your personal pickup truck
- Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift within the same local area
- Stay active by walking the property and climbing stairs
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Use the mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos
- Follow a consistent routine and work independently
- Ensure trash is collected and removed by morning
