The core responsibility is to collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling from residents’ doorsteps and transport them to the community's on-site compactor using the employee's own personal open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer. The work schedule typically includes 10-12 hours per week, Sunday through Thursday, starting at 7:00 PM, with no weekend shifts.
