This role requires the use of a personal open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer, critical for collecting bagged trash and cardboard recycling from residents' doorsteps and transporting it on-site to designated compactors.

As a Service Valet, you will be responsible for ensuring that trash and recycling are collected reliably each service night so that by morning, residents wake up to clean and tidy communities. This job involves physical activity such as walking the property extensively, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Employees use a mobile app to check in, log their work, and take photos when necessary, making the workload easy to manage and track.
