- Own a personal open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a smartphone with a data plan
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps using a personal pickup truck
- Service one or more nearby apartment communities during each shift within the same local area
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors during shifts
- Avoid long-distance travel, bulk items, and off-site dumping
- Use a mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos as needed
