Job Requirements
- Your own personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- At least 18 years old
- Smartphone with a data plan to use work app
- Authorized to work in the U.S
- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

- Experience using smartphones and mobile apps

Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and take it to the on-site compactor using your personal pickup truck
- Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift all within the same local area
- Stay active by walking the property climbing stairs and working outdoors during your shift
- Use mobile app to check in track work and take photos when needed
- Follow safety guidelines wearing gloves safety vests and other provided equipment
- Report any issues or concerns related to collection or site conditions
- Maintain a consistent routine and work independently
