- Your own personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- At least 18 years old
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine

Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling from residents doorsteps
- Transport collected waste to on-site compactor using personal pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Service one or more nearby apartment communities during shifts
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors during shifts
- Use a mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within assigned apartment communities
- Follow consistent routines and work independently
