Job Requirements
- Own a personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- At least 18 years old
- Smartphone with data plan to use company’s work app
- Authorization to work in the U.S. with proof
- Ability to work independently and follow a routine
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Willingness to work evening hours typically Sunday through Thursday starting after 7:00 PM

- Ability to walk long distances and climb multiple flights of stairs
- Experience working independently
- Familiarity with smartphone apps
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Basic customer service skills
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport to on-site compactor using personal pickup truck
- Service one or more nearby apartment communities during shift within the same local area
- Stay active by walking the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors during the shift
- Use a mobile app to check in, track work, and document tasks with photos when needed
- Follow all safety protocols while handling trash and interacting with residents
- Maintain a consistent routine and work independently
- Communicate effectively with management regarding service issues or schedule changes
