Job Description
Valet Living is a leading provider of doorstep trash and recycling collection services for apartment communities. We specialize in helping property managers maintain clean, safe environments while offering residents the convenience of having their bagged trash and recycling collected right from their doorsteps. Our company focuses on enhancing the living experience by providing reliable and efficient service tailored to the needs of multifamily properties. With a strong commitment to customer service and sustainability, Valet Living supports thousands of communities nationwide by reducing litter, promoting recycling, and improving overall property cleanliness.
We are currently hiring part-time Doorstep Trash Collection Specialists, also known as Service Valets, to join our team and serve nearby apartment communities. This role is ideal for individuals seeking steady evening hours without the need to travel long distances. The position requires candidates to use their personal open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer to collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling directly from residents’ doorsteps. This is a physically active job involving walking the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. The work schedule typically includes evening shifts from Sunday through Thursday, starting between 7:00 and 8:00 PM, with no weekend hours. This opportunity is perfect for those looking to supplement their income with consistent part-time work close to home. The pay rate for this truck-supported position is $19 per hour, and employees benefit from fast daily pay through DailyPay, making it an attractive side job or secondary income source.
As a Service Valet, you will work within a defined local area, servicing one or more apartment communities without the need for off-site dumping or handling bulk items. You will use a mobile app to check in, track your progress, and document your work through photos when necessary. The job requires excellent time management and the ability to work independently while maintaining a consistent routine. You must also handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, walking long distances, and navigating multiple flights of stairs. This role emphasizes safety, with gloves, safety vests, and other equipment provided by the company.
Valet Living fosters an inclusive culture that values diversity and equal opportunity. Employees have the potential for career growth, with many Area Leader positions filled through internal promotions. The company also offers referral bonuses of $125 to $500 for team members who bring friends on board. If you want to stay active, enjoy flexible evening hours, and add reliable earnings to your budget with a role that keeps you local and engaged, this is a great fit. Apply today and become part of a company dedicated to enhancing apartment living experiences while providing rewarding, accessible part-time work for our Service Valets.
