Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the mobile work app
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required)
- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
- Reliable transportation, preferably an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb multiple flights of stairs
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with valid proof
- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
- Experience using mobile applications is preferred
- Good physical stamina for walking and lifting
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance preferred
- Reliable transportation, preferably an open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer
- Basic customer service skills
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling from apartment doorsteps and dispose of it at on-site compactors
- Service one or more nearby apartment communities during assigned shifts within the same local area
- Walk the property and climb stairs as part of daily work routine
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Use mobile app to check in, track work progress, and take photos when required
- Avoid long-distance driving, bulk items removal or off-site dumping
- Maintain consistent, reliable service and uphold community cleanliness
