The position requires the use of a personal open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer to facilitate the collection of trash and cardboard recycling from apartment doorsteps. As a Service Valet, you will be responsible for servicing one or more nearby apartment communities in your local area, maintaining these properties by collecting bagged trash and recycling materials directly from residents’ doorsteps and transporting them to on-site compactors. The role emphasizes autonomy, physical activity, and customer service, as you will walk the properties, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions while utilizing a mobile app to track your work, check in, and submit photos when required.
