The primary responsibility of the Doorstep Trash Collection Specialist is to collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling directly from residents’ doorsteps and transport it to the community’s on-site compactor. The position is designed to keep employees active, requiring them to walk the property, climb stairs, and spend time working outdoors.
