Job Requirements

Own a personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Valid driver’s license
Auto insurance
At least 18 years old
Smartphone with data plan
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
Willingness to work evenings
Ability to work independently

Proficient with smartphone technology and data plan for work app
Good physical condition for lifting and walking

Job Duties

Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport to on-site compactor
Service one or more nearby apartment communities during each shift
Walk the property and climb stairs as needed
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Use company mobile app to check in and track work
Follow safety protocols and use provided safety equipment
Communicate effectively with residents and team members
