The club is currently seeking a qualified Line Cook to join their food and beverage team on a part-time basis. This role will primarily cover shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday, and occasional Mondays. The Line Cook will play a crucial role in supporting the Food and Beverage Director, Executive Chef, and Sous Chef to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and meets the club's high standards. Responsibilities include food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and safety, following recipes and plating designs, and upholding strict sanitation standards. Job Requirements
- Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Able to stoop, crawl, twist, turn, lift, kneel, climb ladders and stairs
- Able to regularly lift/carry 50 pounds
- Able to work in indoor and outdoor environments with sometimes slippery floors
- Able to work in varying degrees of temperatures
- Able to tolerate a high-level work pace typical for retail food industry
- Able to work 8-10 hours on your feet

Job Duties
- Complies with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene and health standards
- Observes proper food preparation and handling techniques
- Stores food properly and safely, marks the date and item, and practices first in/out
- Checks chemicals regularly and maintains dish machine at proper operating temperature
- Keeps work area neat and clean and uses proper tools for tasks
- Follows procedures to avoid cross contamination
- Cleans and maintains equipment used in food preparation
- Reports necessary equipment repair and maintenance
- Prepares food served using established recipes, production procedures, and systems
- Checks in and receives deliveries as needed to ensure accuracy
- Correctly prepares all food served following standard recipes and plating design
