Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwasher role preferred
- Ability to follow cleanliness and safety standards
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Flexibility to work days, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Availability to cover two AM and two PM shifts
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes, worktables, walls, and vent hoods
- Regularly empty trash and fulfill other duties as necessary
- Transition to other cleaning tasks within the kitchen area when dishwashing responsibilities are minimal
- Collaborate effectively with team members, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment
- Embrace and embody the company’s care values and culture
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, food storage areas, walk-in fridges, freezers, ovens, and dry storage cupboards
- Clean, sanitize, and store dishes, glasses, utensils, and other kitchen equipment
- Hand-wash pots, pans, and trays per prescribed standards
- Manage trash and garbage including separation, clean cans, and maintain loading dock
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Complete regular sanitization and disinfection of all kitchen and food and beverage work areas
- Assist with food dish-up, set-up sheets, set-up and break-down for various events
- Clean and stock the break room
- Perform any other work required to complete the primary purpose of the position
