The role being offered is for a dining staff member, a key position within the Senior Living community that directly impacts the daily experiences of the residents. The dining staff member is responsible for taking meal and drink orders, serving meals promptly and courteously, and ensuring that residents and guests are satisfied with their dining experience. This role requires an attentive and friendly approach, as well as the ability to maintain knowledge of the food menu, including specials and descriptions of all items. Additionally, the dining staff manages the cleanliness and organization of the dining area and side stations, following daily and weekly cleaning schedules to ensure a safe and hospitable environment.
