The Janitorial Day Porter will have key responsibilities including performing routine and scheduled pressure washing of designated surfaces, picking up and removing trash, emptying trash and recycling bins, performing cleaning and restocking supplies as needed, operating cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, reporting any safety issues or maintenance needs to supervisors, and completing all cleaning tasks independently and on time. The role demands physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and managing heavy lifting where necessary.
