Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week including day or evening shifts
  • Willingness to travel 5-10 percent including by airplane
  • Willingness to wear a company uniform

Job Duties

  • Ensure a seamless rental experience by verifying customer documents, checking the validity of driver’s licenses, and requesting additional documentation when needed
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and handle exchanges when necessary to meet business needs
  • Offer additional products and services, such as prepaid fuel and toll passes, while addressing any questions or concerns
  • Finalize rental agreements by confirming documents, adjusting as needed, explaining charges, and providing accurate receipts
  • Inspect returned vehicles for damages, mileage, and fuel levels, ensure personal belongings are removed, and maintain a clean workstation in line with corporate standards to support efficient operation
