Job Requirements

  • Authorized to live and work in the United States
  • Unrestricted ATP certificate
  • Minimum one unrestricted PIC type rating with no limitations except circling approach
  • Minimum 2 years Part 121 experience preferred
  • Preference for CL65 type rating
  • Previous simulator instructor experience preferred
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet applications
  • Willingness to participate in DOT drug and alcohol testing program

Job Qualifications

  • Unrestricted ATP certificate
  • Minimum of one unrestricted PIC type rating
  • Minimum of 2 years Part 121 flight experience preferred
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous simulator instructor experience preferred
  • Ability to tailor instruction to diverse learner needs

Job Duties

  • Conduct simulator and ground school training sessions for airline pilots
  • Customize training programs to meet individual client needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of training in compliance with CAE policies and FAA requirements
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members across various platforms
  • Deliver exceptional customer service creating a positive learning environment
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance instructional skills
  • Adhere to safety regulations and company standards during all training activities
