Job Requirements
- Must be authorized to live and work in the United States
- Possess an unrestricted ATP certificate with at least one unrestricted PIC type rating
- Minimum of 2 years Part 121 experience preferred
- Preference for CL65 type rating holders
- Previous simulator instructor experience preferred
- Basic proficiency with computers and internet programs
- Willingness to participate in CAE’s DOT drug and alcohol testing program
Job Qualifications
- Unrestricted ATP certificate with a minimum of one unrestricted PIC type rating
- Minimum of 2 years of Part 121 flight experience preferred
- Previous simulator instructor experience preferred
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and internet applications
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work with diverse groups and tailor training effectively
- Commitment to customer service and professional conduct
Job Duties
- Conduct simulator training sessions for CRJ type rated pilots
- Deliver ground school instruction and course material effectively
- Customize training approaches to meet individual student needs
- Maintain detailed and accurate training records in compliance with FAA and CAE policies
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a welcoming learning environment
- Communicate clearly and professionally with students and team members
- Participate in CAE’s drug and alcohol testing program as required
