Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food service or retail preferred
  • Ability to follow safety and health regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including holidays
  • Comfortable using kitchen equipment and technology
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare food following 100% recipe adherence and product directions
  • Use knives, slicers, and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Warmly greet and acknowledge guests within 30 seconds
  • Accurately take and process food and drink orders
  • Handle money, process payments, and make change according to cash handling procedures
  • Provide knowledgeable and enthusiastic recommendations about menu and products
  • Deliver first-class customer experiences consistently
