Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year culinary experience
- Ability to work a part-time schedule including at least three days a week
- Availability every other weekend
- Ability to work the shifts of 5 am to 1:30 pm, 9:15 am to 5:45 pm, and 11 am to 7 pm
- Competence in scratch cooking
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow recipes
- Previous customer service experience
- Knowledge of food safety policies
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of culinary experience in a high-volume kitchen with a focus on scratch cooking
- Familiarity with proper culinary techniques and standards
- Strong attention to detail in a bustling work environment
- Ability to operate various kitchen equipment and identify different food items
- Customer service experience
- Competence in reading and following recipes
- Experience in scratch cooking including basic sauce preparation
- Knowledge of cooking in healthcare settings is beneficial
- Food handlers certification is preferred
- Culinary degree is preferred
- Servsafe certification is preferred
