The role of the Fresh Foods Associate primarily involves taking excellent care of customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations. Responsibilities include preparing, processing, packaging, and stocking fresh foods in accordance with company standards to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. Successful applicants will have completed or be willing to complete company-mandated training programs covering new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service, safety, food safety, and product knowledge.
