Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
- ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations
- assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends
- maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen area
- collaborate with staff to ensure efficient food service during peak hours
- monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- assist in training service staff on proper food prep procedures to ensure consistency
