Job Duties

  • Work efficiently across various kitchen stations, including Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo
  • ensure the consistent and timely production of all Buffalo Wild Wings menu items following established recipes and quality standards
  • maintain the cleanliness and organization of all work areas and kitchen equipment
  • contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment with 'Game Time Energy'
  • adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • manage food storage, preparation, and plating to ensure guest satisfaction
