The company upholds high standards of ethics and compliance, ensuring all employees receive training and support to succeed in their roles.
The role of Concierge Security Officer at GardaWorld Security Services is a dynamic part-time position located in Westminster, Colorado. This job is specifically tailored for individuals who excel at building meaningful connections and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure environment. As a Concierge Security Officer, you will be positioned in various busy locations such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, where interaction with the public is frequent and critical. Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming guests, verifying identities, managing access control, and performing regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks. Beyond general security duties, the role demands responsiveness and coordination during incidents, including providing first aid and communicating effectively with emergency teams.
This position offers a set schedule—part-time on Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM, constituting a six-hour workweek—making it ideal for those seeking a consistent routine with competitive compensation. The hourly wage is $21.00, with the availability of DailyPay for employees who prefer early access to earned wages. GardaWorld also provides a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions; paid time off; paid holidays; disability coverage; and life insurance options. Uniforms will be provided at no cost, ensuring a professional appearance from day one.
The ideal candidate is someone authorized to work in the U.S., capable of providing a high school diploma or GED, and able to pass an extensive screening process. Exceptional customer service skills and proficiency in basic phone and computer use are critical. Those with security, military, or law enforcement backgrounds will find their experience highly valued. A state license may be required depending on local regulations.
In addition to the rewarding direct responsibilities, this role offers promising career growth opportunities within GardaWorld. Many corporate employees began their careers as frontline workers, underscoring the company’s dedication to career development and internal promotion. For individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who want to be GardaWorld ambassadors, this position is more than just a job—it’s a gateway to a professional career in security services. Employment will be contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening, reinforcing GardaWorld's commitment to maintaining a trusted and safe workforce.
