Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • additional education in hospitality, customer service, or related fields is a plus
  • previous experience in customer-facing role preferably in hospitality, healthcare, or senior living
  • outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • calm and composed in emergency situations
  • respect for the privacy and confidentiality of all community members

  • proficiency with computers and standard office software

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors
  • Greet everyone with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine commitment to providing assistance
  • Direct inquiries to the appropriate team members and departments
  • Support residents with day-to-day needs, including scheduling transportation, booking appointments, making reservations, and providing information about local events, attractions, and amenities
  • Manage all incoming phone calls, ensuring messages are accurately relayed to the appropriate staff
  • Help coordinate maintenance requests, manage deliveries, and respond to resident concerns promptly and effectively
  • Monitor entrances and common areas to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment
  • Adhere to all emergency and safety protocols
  • Ensure all guests comply with Enso Village's visitor policy
  • Report any resident health or well-being concerns to the Health and Wellbeing Department in a timely manner
  • Foster open, respectful, and proactive communication with residents, families, and team members
  • Maintain accurate records of resident preferences, feedback, and special requests
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including handling mail, deliveries, and maintaining up-to-date records, databases, and documentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
  • Perform other duties as assigned
