Enso Village is a respected and welcoming senior living community dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to its residents in a compassionate and inclusive environment. Established to offer a safe and nurturing space for seniors, Enso Village blends comfort, dignity, and personalized service to enhance the quality of life for all community members. Its friendly and professional staff are committed to creating an atmosphere that feels like home while fostering independence and well-being among residents. The community offers a broad array of amenities, activities, and services designed to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of its residents, helping them to maintain an active, engaged, and fulfilling lifestyle.
The Concierge role at Enso Village is an essential position charged with being the frontline ambassador for the community. The Concierge acts as the first point of contact for residents, their families, and visitors, playing a key role in establishing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This position requires a dedicated customer service mindset, empathy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in order to enhance the daily living experience for residents. The Concierge is responsible for greeting and assisting all who enter the community, managing communications, coordinating resident needs, and ensuring that the environment remains secure and hospitable.
Within this role, the Concierge supports residents by scheduling transportation, booking appointments, making reservations, and providing valuable information about local events and amenities. They also handle administrative duties such as managing incoming calls, deliveries, and maintenance requests, while fostering respectful and proactive communication with residents and their families. This ensures that residents feel heard, cared for, and supported in all aspects of their daily lives.
Additionally, the Concierge monitors entrances and public areas, upholding safety protocols and visitor policies to maintain a secure environment. They work closely with Enso Village’s Health and Wellbeing Department to report any concerns related to residents’ health or welfare promptly. The role demands a professional appearance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to remain calm in emergency situations, all of which contribute to a seamless and positive experience for everyone connected to the community.
Enso Village offers competitive pay for this position, ranging from $25 to $30 per hour, with exact compensation determined by experience, education, and skill level. Full-time employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance effective from the first day of employment, company-paid life and long-term disability insurance, a 403(b) retirement plan with employer matching, paid time off including vacation and holidays, subsidized healthy meals, and continuous professional development opportunities. Enso Village fosters a supportive and inclusive workplace culture where diversity is valued, and reasonable accommodations are provided to ensure equal access and opportunity for all employees. By joining Enso Village as a Concierge, individuals become part of a community-oriented team dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors in a meaningful and respectful way.
