Job Requirements
- Availability to work flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Prior experience in concierge, front desk, or customer service roles
- Self-starter with a positive attitude
- Ability to monitor security systems and respond appropriately
- Must be able to maintain professionalism and courteous demeanor
- Pass pre-employment background checks and drug testing
Job Qualifications
- 2-4 years concierge experience
- Front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Resourceful with strong interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Manage front desk operations
- Greet and assist residents and visitors courteously
- Monitor and watch surveillance cameras diligently
- Ensure safety and security of the apartment community
- Answer telephone calls and provide information
- Verify and approve non-resident access to property
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
