Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service adhering to Capitol Concierge Inc. standards
  • Keep the front desk, lobby, and entryways clean and organized
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as dusting, sweeping entryways, and cleaning glass doors
  • Maintain community refreshment areas including coffee, water, and continental breakfast
  • Answer phones, provide information, forward calls, and take messages as needed
  • Sign for, track, and distribute packages to residents
  • Accept and log service requests from residents
  • Monitor and manage visitor parking and issue parking passes if applicable
  • Handle resident noise complaints after leasing office hours
  • Contact emergency services when necessary including fire, medical, or police assistance
  • Track and inspect community amenity areas, especially when rented by residents
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
