Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency (GED)
  • one or more years of related experience in a hotel, retail, or restaurant environment preferred
  • proficiency in administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • physical ability to walk the property and handle packages and deliveries
  • availability to work Saturday and Sunday from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize requests
  • patience and poise under pressure
  • organizational ability to handle phone messages, resident packages, and maintenance requests

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency (GED)
  • minimum 1 year of experience in hotel, retail, or restaurant customer service preferred
  • proficiency with administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • effective multitasking and time management abilities
  • ability to maintain patience and professionalism in challenging situations
  • organizational skills to manage packages, messages, and requests efficiently

Job Duties

  • Oversee front desk operations during weekend shifts
  • greet and assist residents, prospects, and visitors with a welcoming attitude
  • manage package delivery and maintenance request coordination
  • provide accurate information and personalized resident recommendations
  • collaborate with leasing and maintenance teams to enhance resident experiences
  • resolve resident concerns promptly and professionally
  • maintain orderly records of communications and service interactions
