Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency (GED)
- one or more years of related experience in a hotel, retail, or restaurant environment preferred
- proficiency in administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite
- physical ability to walk the property and handle packages and deliveries
- availability to work Saturday and Sunday from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize requests
- patience and poise under pressure
- organizational ability to handle phone messages, resident packages, and maintenance requests
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency (GED)
- minimum 1 year of experience in hotel, retail, or restaurant customer service preferred
- proficiency with administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- effective multitasking and time management abilities
- ability to maintain patience and professionalism in challenging situations
- organizational skills to manage packages, messages, and requests efficiently
Job Duties
- Oversee front desk operations during weekend shifts
- greet and assist residents, prospects, and visitors with a welcoming attitude
- manage package delivery and maintenance request coordination
- provide accurate information and personalized resident recommendations
- collaborate with leasing and maintenance teams to enhance resident experiences
- resolve resident concerns promptly and professionally
- maintain orderly records of communications and service interactions
