Job Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work weekends primarily during wedding season
- Must be able to lift and carry equipment and supplies
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Willingness to travel up to an hour to event locations
- Positive attitude and team player
- Commitment to guest satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in catering or hospitality is an advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job Duties
- Prepare, set up and tear down events
- Provide guest services like filling water glasses, serving or clearing plates, refilling and monitoring the buffet
- Answer guest questions and respond to their needs
- Keep the event space and equipment neat, tidy and clean
- Help unload and load the truck at offsite events
- Carpool to event locations
- Adapt to changing event needs while prioritizing guest satisfaction
