Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • stand or walk for 6-8 hours during your shift
  • engage in bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
  • exposure to cleaning chemicals and temperatures of 90 degrees Fahrenheit
  • ability to work in a wet and cold environment
  • flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • No prior retail experience required

  • ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively

Job Duties

  • Efficiently and accurately check out customer groceries
  • adhere to government regulations for sales, including alcohol
  • follow proper cash handling procedures
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end areas
  • assist in training new Team Members as needed
  • help manage customer flow to minimize wait times
  • participate in company programs to enhance customer experience
