Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
strong customer service skills
ability to interpret company policies and communicate effectively
able to work independently and as part of a team
effective time management skills
knowledge of company products
ability to operate cash registers (for cashiers)
knowledge of local regulations regarding selling alcoholic beverages (for cashiers)
morning availability with early shifts starting at 5:00 a.m. (for stock associates)
safe operation of store equipment (for stock associates)
ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
high school diploma or equivalent or equivalent combination of education and experience

ability to operate cash registers efficiently (for cashiers)

safe operation of equipment including hand jacks and balers (for stock associates)
high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior retail experience is a plus
a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge

Job Duties

Collaborate with team members and communicate information effectively
uphold confidentiality and security of documents and data
perform other duties as assigned
efficiently process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store
deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
provide management with feedback regarding product performance and inventory accuracy
participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
stock shelves and ensure that products are fresh and available
follow merchandising guidelines for appealing product displays
organize and manage new inventory effectively
safely operate store machinery and adhere to all safety protocols
