Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in a retail environment is a plus
A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge is accepted

Job Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older
Provide prompt and courteous customer service
Perform general cleaning duties meeting company standards
Understand and apply company policies and procedures
Possess excellent verbal communication skills
Work effectively both independently and in a team
Demonstrate effective time management skills
Have knowledge of company products and services
Ability to operate a cash register quickly and accurately
Comply with local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages
Ability to operate equipment safely, including hand jacks and floor scrubbers
Morning availability is essential, with start times as early as 5:00 a.m.

Job Duties

Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to your direct leader
Ensure the security and confidentiality of documents and data
Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations
Efficiently process customer purchases while providing a clean shopping environment
Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
Provide valuable feedback to management regarding products, inventory discrepancies, and any general concerns
Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory for accuracy
Adhere strictly to cash policies to minimize losses
Stock shelves and rotate products appropriately to ensure freshness
Follow merchandising planograms to create visually appealing displays
Organize new inventory and manage empty boxes efficiently
Operate machinery safely and in accordance with all procedures
