Job Requirements

Minimum age of sixteen years
ability to remain standing for long periods
ability to move throughout the store
ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly
ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders or similar equipment
eligibility to satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements for employment in the U.S.
willingness to work in a public retail store setting that may include climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled areas
ability to perform outdoor tasks if assigned
must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations

Job Qualifications

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
basic cash handling skills
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings
willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties

Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
execute cash handling to standards
engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery
perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
support shrink and safety programs
adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance
execute Company policies and standards
interact respectfully and promote organizational values
cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
other duties as assigned
