Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years of age
able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
able to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, and smell
occasionally able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
able to lift and move up to 40 pounds
able to work in wet or humid conditions
able to tolerate exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and extreme cold
able to complete company training
able to communicate in English
able to apply commonsense understanding to solve problems

Job Qualifications

At least 16 years of age
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
ability to write simple correspondence in English
ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
basic math skills including addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers
ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed instructions

completed company training including new hire orientation and customer service
teamwork skills

Job Duties

Follow correct bagging procedures
provide carryout and parcel pickup service
load merchandise into customer vehicles
return shopping carts into the store
participate in and complete required training
assist customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
maintain a clean and organized work environment
